Join us in changing lives by joining our team as a volunteer, sharing our progress, and learning about the many ways you can be part of our work. Turn your talent, passion and spare time into real change.
We would not be able to do our work without the support of volunteers. We need our communities to share our vision and take action to empower our scholars. Volunteer opportunities are available and include work such as:
- Committee Membership
- Third-party fundraising
- Administrative duties such as filing and participating in mailings
- Tutoring scholars who may be struggling in a particular subject
- Mentoring scholars in a long-term, supportive relationship
- Cooking a meal as a volunteer houseparent
- Putting your handyman skills and know-how to use to maintain our physical facilities
- Getting our scholars to school and extracurricular activities on time
